9:00AM Heartsaver CPR: Adult

Learn basic life support (BLS) skills following American Heart Association guidelines. This course teaches you how to assist victims 9 years and older. You will learn CPR, choking management and rescue breathing with hands-on manikin practice. Will receive certification card. No written test.

Cost: $35.00

Join the Parkinson Foundation of the Heartland for an hour of specialized exercise instruction for people with Parkinson's. Participants will eat lunch with friends and enjoy the remaining time with planned recreational activities. Caregivers are encouraged to use this time for respite.
