Note: a 12-hour fast is required for cholesterol profile which includes HDL, LDL, Triglycerides, and blood sugar.

Donations accepted - Partial funding for 60+ provided by the Johnson County Area Agency on Aging.

Screenings located at the Health Department sites require an appointment. Call (913) 477-8333. Walk-ins are accepted at Nutrition Center Sites.

Join the Parkinson Foundation of the Heartland for an hour of specialized exercise instruction for people with Parkinson's. Participants will eat lunch with friends and enjoy the remaining time with planned recreational activities. Caregivers are encouraged to use this time for respite.
