If you live with or care for someone with pain, diabetes, breathing issues, heart issues or the effects of a stroke on a daily basis this interactive workshop is for you. This six-week interactive workshop will help you develop skills to live better with your chronic disease. We will be sharing and learning from each other ways to deal with fatigue, pain, physical activity, healthy eating, emotions and how to talk with your family, friends and health professionals.
